Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing in life sciences with 1–2 years in oncology diagnostics or molecular testing.
• Proven expertise with laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) and oncology market dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling marketing content.
• Exceptional project management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; general business internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for high-value corporate accounts.
• Partner with Precision Medicine Initiative team to understand business objectives and goals.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales to support pipeline and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with local commercial teams to drive uptake of product offerings in corporate accounts.
• Create customized marketing content (case studies, presentations, white papers, webinars).
• Produce targeted sales enablement tools (decks, one-pagers, brochures) to support messaging.
• Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent branding across materials.
• Design and implement multi-channel campaigns highly targeted to key accounts and stakeholders.
• Track campaign effectiveness, product adoption metrics, and market feedback for improvement.
• Apply data-driven insights to refine targeting and resource allocation.
