Job summary

You will ensure safe, efficient, and quality performance in the Laboratory and offsite areas, with collaboration across nursing, administrative and medical staff to support patient care and the facility's mission.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Medical Technology, with MBA or Health Administration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or closely related field is required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations of the Laboratory under the direction of the Director.
• Ensure compliance of point-of-care testing and affiliated offsite areas.
• Collaborate with nursing, administrative, medical staff to coordinate patient care.
