Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field is required.
• MBA or Health Administration degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations of the Laboratory.
• Ensure oversight and compliance of point-of-care testing and affiliated offsite areas.
• Monitor operations to ensure safe, efficient and quality performance standards for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with nursing, administrative, medical and other staff to coordinate patient care activities.
• Support the facilities mission statement, achieve customer satisfaction, and identify system problems as opportunities for improvement.
