Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab operations and support the lab director in daily duties.
• Develop and implement new technical procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and accreditation agencies.
• Lead staff including supervisors, technologists, and coordinators.
• Schedule supervisors and coordinate with storage/vendors as needed.
• Manage computer systems, reporting, and billing workflows.
• Prepare departmental statistics and performance appraisals.
• Support budgeting, grants, and departmental planning.
