Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America) Conduct routine and specialized diagnostic testing for designated section/sections in the laboratory. Utilize standard and/or specialized techniques, as well as use various types of equipment and instrumentation to complete testing. Be responsible for reporting the results of the tests. Apply technical skills and knowledge to facilitate patient care. Provide timely and accurate results.

  • Certification as a Pathologist Assistant (PA) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pathology laboratory setting
  • Proficiency in gross examination techniques, tissue processing, and laboratory procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and digital pathology platforms
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices in pathology
  • Participation in continuing education and professional development activities
Weekly hours

37.5 hours total / Days full-time / 8am - 4pm

Salary Range

$80,000 - $95,000
