Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life or Health Science from an accredited program.
• 3 years of American Academy of Pathologists’ Assistant approved on-the-job training or a MSc PA program completion.
• Certification as a Pathologists’ Assistant by ASCP or eligibility (cert within 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Perform as PA in the Gross Room with dissection of human surgical specimens.
• Provide technical QC/QA, document training and competencies, supervise staff.
• Assist in postmortem examinations and autopsy-related tasks.
