Job summary

Havertys Furniture, Inc. in Frisco, TX, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to partner with an experienced Havertys Manager and grow into a Branch Manager role. You will deliver world-class service, coach teams, manage inventory, and oversee store operations while driving sales and a premier customer experience.

Compensation starts at $60,000 plus bonus potential based on branch performance. Schedule requires 5 days per week with evenings and weekend hours; relocation within Havertys is

Qualifications

• College education preferred; High School / GED or equivalent required.
• Love for sales, creating happiness with customers and building lasting relationships.
• Furniture and interior design experience are a major plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
• Enjoyment of details and operational excellence.
• Integrity, honesty, and leadership.
• Required to work 5 days a week, retail hours include nights and weekends.
