• Review monthly budget and P&L.
• Promote customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Control costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures.
• Monitor waste levels and crew performance.
• Communicate issues to General Manager or District Manager.
• Train and develop crew and new managers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Direct staff scheduling and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
