KBP Brands, the parent of KBP Foods, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Wisconsin to lead people, operations, and guest experience. You’ll train and coach the team, schedule, manage costs, ensure safety and brand standards, and help drive restaurant performance.

You’ll have a path to General Manager, participate in a quarterly bonus program, and enjoy comprehensive benefits and education support as part of KBP Foods’ growing restaurant family.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Assistant General Manager or equivalent in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs to drive performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, keep shifts running smoothly.
