- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
- Academic credentials from a sophisticated law firm environment; USPTO registration preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute patent applications for AI and software tech.
- Manage domestic and international patent portfolios.
- Work with inventors and in-house teams on protection strategies.
- Prepare responses and conduct prior-art analyses.
- Coordinate with foreign counsel and support IP-related transactions.
