DLA Piper’s Patent Litigation group is seeking exceptional law students for the summer program in Chicago. The 10-week program offers a tailored experience handling trials, appeals, and related counseling with pro bono opportunities.

Ideal candidates have an IP interest and a science background. The program may consider 1L (2027 summer) or 2L (2028 summer) candidates; no immigration sponsorship is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Open to Class of 2029 law students.
• Interest in intellectual property and science background preferred.
• Summer program runs for 10 weeks and includes tailored training.

Responsabilités

• Produce deliverables, respond to inquiries, and meet deadlines.
