DLA Piper's Patent Litigation group invites exceptional law students to join a 10-week summer program in offices including Washington, DC. You may be considered for a 1L position (2027 summer) or a 2L position (2028 summer).

As a summer associate, you will work on trials, appeals, and related counseling, with tailored training and a supportive team. The program offers pro bono opportunities and social events to help you build your network and prepare for a future associate role.
