Job summary

DLA Piper’s Litigation group is seeking exceptional law students to join the summer program in offices nationwide, including Philadelphia. You may be considered for a 1L position (2027 summer) or a 2L position (2028 summer).

As a summer associate, you will receive a tailored experience working on trials, appeals, and related counseling, with pro-bono opportunities and in-depth training to develop professionally. A team will support you and you can network through social events over the 10 weeks.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be motivated to build legal skills.
• Law Review or Moot Court in preferred.

Responsibilities
