Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Litigation Associate to join its expanding Intellectual Property Litigation team in Washington, DC. The role offers opportunities to work on sophisticated matters, take on increasing responsibility, and build strong client relationships across industries including software, telecommunications, life sciences, and aerospace.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial or intellectual property litigation.
• Patent litigation experience preferred.
• Membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where the associate will practice.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents with thorough legal research.
• Take and defend depositions, respond to discovery, and manage case files.
• Participate in hearings, trial prep, and oral advocacy in federal courts, the ITC, the PTAB and Federal Circuit.
• Manage deadlines and collaborate with clients and colleagues on complex challenges.
