Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California Bar member with ability to work in a team.
• Strong patent and/or general IP litigation experience from a peer firm.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Well-versed in complex technology disputes, including AI-related IP matters.

Responsibilities

• Navigate novel legal questions and complex technology disputes where precedent is developing.
• Engage directly with sophisticated technology clients on high-stakes intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate across offices and practice areas as part of a team.
• Participate in an enhanced mentor program for professional transitions of experienced attorneys.
