Our client, a highly regarded intellectual property litigation boutique founded by former Big Law partners, is seeking a talented Patent Litigation Associate to join its growing Oakland, California office.
The firm specializes in sophisticated patent litigation, as well as trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and complex commercial disputes. Its attorneys handle high-stakes matters and offer associates the opportunity to work directly with experienced trial lawyers.
