Job summary

Confidential Employer seeks an attorney with 2+ years of direct patent litigation to represent clients in all phases of complex patent disputes. This role offers nationwide remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible arrangements.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and collaborate with seasoned IP litigators on high-profile matters. Active bar in any U.S. state required; PTAB experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct patent litigation experience.
• Active bar license in any U.S. state.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing litigation responsibilities in federal court.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Note:

Applicants must have 2+ years of substantial, direct patent litigation experience. We are seeking attorneys whose practice has been focused primarily on patent litigation, not candidates with only occasional exposure as part of a broader litigation practice.
