Qualifications

• Work directly with partners on sophisticated patent litigation matters.

• Draft briefs, pleadings, motions and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal, factual and technical research and investigations.

Pay: $108,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• Prepare for and take depositions while developing hands‑on advocacy experience.

• Perform technical due diligence and analyze complex intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 2+ years of patent litigation experience required.
• Associate‑level background, ideally within the client's targeted 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability and enthusiasm to take ownership of substantive litigation responsibilities.
• Engineering, computer science, or another technical background preferred, but not required.
