Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Patent Agent to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group. The role involves preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO.

This position can be based in Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

The Patent Agent will report to an IP partner and work closely with the practice group partners. Responsibilities include patent searching, managing disclosures, evaluating prior art, drafting applications, handling office actions, and client communications.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or higher in Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience, and registration with the USPTO. Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills are essential.
