This position can be based in Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia, with a hybrid work schedule.
The Patent Agent will report to an intellectual property partner and collaborate with other partners in the group. Responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, at least 2 years of patent prosecution or examination experience, and registration to practice before the USPTO. Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills are essential.
