IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:

Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation and prosecution of US patents
  2. Strategic portfolio counseling
  3. Patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)
  4. Possible PTAB and licensing work

Depending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents.

This is an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm with comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients.

This is premiere work with a talented group of peers, offering flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would be valued.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciences
  2. Patent Bar (and State Bar for an associate) are required
  3. At least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in chemistry, biochemistry, and/or biology

Additional Note: An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would be valued. This firm supports new business development and provides objective compensation for client origination.
