About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensing Consultant or Business Development Specialist to support the commercialization of a newly issued U.S. design patent (D1070609) related to an innovative consumer product: a visually unique beverage can featuring a celebrity-inspired aesthetic.

This position focuses on licensing outreach and partnership development with leading beverage brands in the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize relevant companies in the beverage or consumer product space
  • Develop and execute a licensing outreach strategy to engage brand decision-makers
  • Facilitate introductory meetings with innovation, legal, or marketing teams
  • Assist in the negotiation of licensing or co-branding agreements
  • Provide insights on IP commercialization strategy
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in IP licensing, brand partnerships, or B2B sales in consumer goods
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at the executive level
  • Existing network within major beverage, CPG, or branding companies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet defined targets
