Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience with software development preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prosecute patents, and conduct IP due diligence.
- Respond to office actions.
- Prepare, obtain, and analyze patent searches; assess patentability, prior art, non-infringement, and validity.
- Provide client counseling and manage portfolios.
- Engage in licensing activities.
- Demonstrate proven IP law firm experience.
- Exhibit superb writing and research skills.
