You will support an IP team by drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing prior art searches, and collaborating with inventors and engineers to build robust IP portfolios.

Role Summary

The Patent Agent will support an Intellectual Property – Patent Prosecution team focused on developing and protecting innovative technologies. Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting prior art analyses, performing freedom-to-operate studies, and collaborating with inventors and technical teams to build strong IP portfolios.

Positions are available in both Boston and Washington, D.C.
