Job summary

Columbia Basin Health Association seeks a Supervising Program Coordinator for the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program within the Family Services Department. You will manage daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure services meet federal and local standards while dedicating time to direct patient and home visitation services.

The role requires managing schedules, caseloads by grant source, and providing training and feedback to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in management and supervision.
• Experience with home visitation and family services.
• Knowledge of Parents as Teachers and related models preferred.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to prepare basic letters and reports in Word; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; can use Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program activities and supervise staff.
• Assign schedules and caseloads by grant source; allocate duties to team members.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff; ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure program compliance and data collection for outcomes.
