Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and management experience required.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and program operations.
• Experience with home visitation, family support, and outreach.
• Knowledge of Parents as Teachers and related models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work activities and supervise program staff.
• Plan schedules and assign caseloads by grant source.
• Provide training to employees to perform duties competently.
• Monitor performance and mentor staff for development.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Prepare observations and reports on program outcomes.
• Travel to support program activities and trainings.
