Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin seeks a Patient Access Representative to welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring accurate registration and insurance information. You will help prevent billing delays by maintaining clean accounts and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a supportive team and independently, delivering age-appropriate service to diverse families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
• A calm, positive presence even on busy days.

Week 1- Sunday, Friday 7AM-3:30PM Week 2-Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday 7AM-3:30PM
