Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Pastry Supervisor to oversee bakery operations within a AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort. You will ensure high-quality pastry products, train staff, and assist the Sous Chef when needed.

About the Role – Pastry Supervisor

Basic understanding of a pastry/baking operation within the hotel. Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, basic communication and leadership skills and computer skills.

Wage Information

The hourly rate for the position is $27.00.
