Park Hyatt Washington’s Michelin-distinguished culinary team is hiring a Full-Time Pastry Cook. Starting pay is $29.00–$31.50 per hour, contingent on experience and culinary test.

Starting salary range is $29.00 - 31.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook. The ideal candidate will have strong overall knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques in both fine dining and banquet settings. The candidate should also have experience with afternoon teas, buffets, and plated desserts. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
