Chef Thomas Keller’s Yountville destination, The French Laundry, is seeking passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join as a Pastry Sous Chef.

Opened in 1994, The French Laundry is a three-star Michelin restaurant renowned worldwide. It features a daily changing tasting menu based on seasonal ingredients, many sourced from the culinary garden, prepared with French techniques.

Our team strives for excellence in service and culinary standards. We are looking for a leader to assist in supervising all aspects of pastry production, maintaining our standards of quality and cleanliness. Candidates should have 5-7 years of culinary management experience in fine dining or similar environments, with a solid understanding of restaurant operations, service, and team management.
