Compensation ranges from $79,000 to $82,400 per annum.
What you'll do
You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Supervise and support the Pastry team, track inventory, place orders, monitor equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety codes. Responsibilities include food production, preparation, plating, and garnishing to ensure top-quality guest experiences.
- Ability to cook and cover service shifts; flexible with schedule.
- Manage kitchen line operations and technical food production under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Uphold our core values: Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity.
- Handle special requests, menu planning, and recipe development, ensuring consistency and minimizing waste. Assist with dietary restrictions and special occasions.
- Report and address imperfections to maintain luxury standards, collaborating with other departments.
- Physical requirements include bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and working in controlled or extreme temperatures.
- Varying work schedules including weekends and holidays are required.
