Job summary

Omni Viking Lakes Hotel is seeking a Pastry Cook to produce and coordinate delivery of all baked goods to designated hotel departments. This role emphasizes quality control, timely banquet dessert production, and adherence to standard pastry recipes in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Food Handler's permit.

Responsibilities

• Control quality and consistency of all pastries and bread menu items.
• Ensure banquet functions are completed 30 minutes prior to service.
• Understand and maintain all standard pastry and bread recipes.
• Produce pastries, cakes, breads, chocolates and related items for all outlets and banquets.
