Job summary

Mother Wolf Miami is seeking a Pastry Cook to prepare a variety of baked goods and desserts, maintaining quality and consistency across the dessert menu. You will follow prep lists, set up the pastry station, and ensure sanitation and organization in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include handling dietary restrictions, managing orders through the POS, and assisting with inventory. An updated resume and interview with management are required; on-site interviews occur weekly.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a similar position.
• Current food handler card.
• Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Follow all prep lists created by Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
• Set up dessert station and maintain par levels.
• Sanitize station, knives, cutting boards and workstations; organize and clean walk-ins.
• Handle dietary restrictions and orders from POS system promptly.
• Prepare all baked goods, pastries, and desserts; weigh ingredients accurately.
• Oversee pastry ingredients inventory and equipment condition.
