Four Seasons Surf Club in Surfside, FL is seeking a Pastry Line Cook 3. You will prepare pastry items, cakes, ice creams and showpieces as directed by chefs, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a busy kitchen.

The role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic and the ability to work with others to deliver exquisite desserts for guests and events. Standing for long periods and lifting up to 70lbs are involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year culinary experience and basic culinary knowledge.
• Ability to safely operate and clean commercial baking equipment.
• Proficient knife skills and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders and standards; set up station for service.
• Start items prepared ahead of time, avoid overproduction.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper cleaning.
• Date and rotate perishables, monitor temperatures, manage stock and waste.
• Collaborate with team to deliver flawless final products.
