Visit Hershey & Harrisburg is seeking a Pastry Intern to support food production at the Sweeterie Confectionary Kitchen and Milton's Ice Cream Parlor. Applicants must be 18 years or older and enrolled in a pastry arts program or have production bakery experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all assigned baking and pastry processes following recipe and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and station daily.
• Check quality of food items for daily mise en place.
