Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team, focusing on dessert production for dinner service across our concepts. This role offers a morning to mid-afternoon schedule (7am–3pm) and opportunities to advance within the growing group.

You will work with our pastry team on baking, sauce work, and chocolate production, maintaining a clean, organized workspace, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous pastry production experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must comply with safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Ability to work morning to early afternoon shift (7am–3pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry team with dessert production for dinner service.
• Work on baking, sauce, and chocolate components as needed.
• Maintain a neat, organized workstation and proper storage of supplies.
• Stock inventory and restock as required.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
