Job summary

Hai Hospitality, operating Uchi Denver, is seeking a Pastry Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team responsible for dessert production for dinner service. The role involves baking, sauce work, chocolate work, and more, with a morning to mid-afternoon shift (7am–3pm).

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Detect and identify safety issues and follow safety standards.
• Lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and stock inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain a neat, hygienic workspace and proper uniform.
• Ability to work in temperatures hot and cold.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts for dinner service, including baking, sauces, chocolate work and more.
• Maintain a clean, organized pastry station and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Work morning to mid-afternoon shift (7am–3pm) and support kitchen team.
