Overview

Hai Hospitality is hiring Pastry Cooks for Uchi Denver. You will serve as a vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. This position focuses on dessert production for dinner service, including baking, sauce work, chocolate work, and more. The shift runs from 7am to 3pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce desserts for dinner service, including pastry, sauces, and chocolate.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull trays, equipment, and food items up to 50lbs.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and knives.
• Keep a neat, organized workspace and clean surfaces.
• Work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area.
• Tolerate exposure to allergens and food odors while maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and report safety issues.

Basic Qualifications
