Job summary

The Emeril Group is looking for skilled pastry cooks with production and plating experience to join our team at Meril Restaurant in New Orleans. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a fast-paced, fine dining atmosphere, and although culinary training is preferred, it is not required.

We strive to create an environment that fosters talent and a high standard of hospitality. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Job description

Responsibilities will include, Station set-up and breakdown, prepping of desserts and garnishes, plating up desserts and cheese/salumi boardsApplicants should have two years of experience, and a degree in Baking & Pastry is preferred, but not required. Must have good grooming and be able to work well with others. Also, must be able to work efficiently. And, most importantly, must be creative and passionate about food!
