Job summary

Meril Restaurant in New Orleans, LA, is seeking a dedicated food runner to expedite and deliver dishes and accompaniments from the kitchen to drop-off points across the dining room. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maintain a polished appearance, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, refined dining environment.

A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required to support our hospitality team.

Job description

Food runners at our restaurant are responsible for expediting and delivering all food and appropriate accompaniments from the kitchen to the drop off areas throughout the restaurant. Must be able to lift, carry, balance and deliver trays weighing up to 50 pounds while maneuvering swiftly through crowded areas. Candidates must have good grooming with a passion for excellent customer service.
