Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Pastry Cook II responsible for preparing and cooking all pastry items to meet quality standards in a safe, timely and organized manner. Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) month experience as a pastry cook.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Enrolled in or graduated from a culinary program preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation and Health department rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation in work areas and of equipment.
• Prepare, portion, cook and plate food according to restaurant standards.
• Produce from standardized recipes; use standard kitchen equipment.
• Ensure station is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day.
• Assist fellow staff as needed.
• Properly handle high volume cooking and plating while maintaining consistent quality in foods in a fast paced environment.
• Consistently meet ticket time requirements.
• Expedite as needed.
