Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods following traditional and modern recipes.
• Create new desserts and seasonal items to renew menus.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with decorating techniques to enhance presentation.
• Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients.
• Ensure safety, health regulations, and clean stations.
