• Meet with Head Cook/Sous Chef to review assignments and updates.
• Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Communicate needs during busy periods to ensure guest service quality.
• Inform Head Cook of excess items for specials or other uses.
• Follow proper storage procedures per Health Department and Hotel standards.
• Minimize waste and control food costs.
• Review work status and follow-up actions with the Head Cook before leaving.
