The Global Ambassador is a premier hotel in Phoenix, renowned for its Michelin recognition and world-class dining experiences. We are seeking a dedicated pastry cook to join our culinary team and help prepare high-quality pastries and desserts for bustling service periods.

Candidates should have 2+ years of pastry experience in a restaurant setting, with strong teamwork and adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest-focused

Qualifications

2+ years of pastry cook experience in a restaurant setting.
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
Passion for food preparation and providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
Follow directions from the Executive Chef and Lead Cooks.
Adhere to all kitchen policies, procedures, and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
Assist with prep work and ingredient deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Maintain open communication with restaurant servers and managers.
Support the culinary team in preparing for high-volume service.
