Wolfgang Puck New York is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join CUT by Wolfgang Puck. You will execute a refined dessert program, produce pastry components, and uphold elevated standards in a luxury kitchen.

• 1–3 years of pastry experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with precision under pressure.

Mansioni

• Execute all pastry and dessert items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in daily production of doughs, creams, sauces, and plated desserts.
• Maintain a clean, organized pastry station at all times.
• Support the Pastry Chef in menu development, seasonal updates, and event production.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of pastry ingredients (FIFO).
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
