Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Associate degree in baking and pastry arts preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a pastry cook or baker.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Prepare a variety of pastries and breads per recipes.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients for pastry products.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish food for service.
