Throughout each shift, you prepare ingredients, adhere to the menu, and follow food health and safety procedures to cook meals to order. You maintain a safe food service environment by regularly cleaning workstations and equipment and assisting other cooks and the Chef in delivering food in a fast‑paced environment. Your friendly, efficient, and high‑touch approach engages team members throughout the day to ensure the kitchen executes all orders flawlessly, whether dine‑in or room service. Your organizational skills and attention to detail assist all kitchen and service staff members in contributing to effective restaurant operations. Your prior three‑plus years of experience as a cook, steward, or other related position and relevant training in fine‑dining kitchen preparation helps you acclimate quickly.
Full‑time hospitality schedule defined by operational needs, including weekends and holidays. Dress and grooming standards: hotel‑issued uniform; no visible tattoos, unnatural hair colors, or piercings other than one pair of earrings; neatly groomed facial hair.
