Our Pastry Team ensures that our food creations serve as a 'passport' to a diverse culinary journey, emphasizing innovation, trend-setting menus, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Produce bakery and pastry items as needed
2. Ensure professional and appealing plate presentation
3. Communicate issues to the Pastry Chef
4. Work with the Pastry Chef to ensure excellent service
5. Maintain a clean, safe work area following food safety standards
6. Ensure a professional appearance
7. Report maintenance issues promptly
8. Complete logs and checklists
9. Exhibit ownership and promote teamwork
10. Adhere to company rules and policies
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in Pastry
2. Experience in Pastry production
3. Proficiency in English (bilingual in English/Spanish advantageous)
4. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
5. Valid Food Handler Certificate
