The Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach is seeking a Pastry Cook to join a world-class culinary team. You will assist in preparing, baking, and presenting a wide variety of desserts under the guidance of our Pastry Chefs.

This role offers opportunities to learn new techniques, experiment with flavors, and contribute to elegant dessert offerings that impress our guests. We value energy, teamwork, and dedication to quality in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years Pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
