Job summary

The Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold service excellence, and work closely with culinary teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will lead staff, ensure food quality, manage guest feedback, and uphold safety standards while promoting a positive culture. This role offers growth in a world‑class luxury resort and requires flexibility to cover AM/PM and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong associate relations skills, and good conflict resolutions skills
• Prior cash handling experience
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with MICROS POS system
• Prior Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION
• CPR Certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A within 10 days of hire
• Able to work AM, PM and weekend shifts
